Amazingly focused on customer service and satisfaction at the highest level in all areas of service. I would like to especially take note of of one Nathan Rice, Product Specialist who worked in an exceptional manner every step of the way. With the finance team having all hands on deck, Nathan was able, thank God, to secure the purchase of my new vehicle. I highly recommend Montrose Nissan in Hermitage for you next vehicle purchase. Definitely ask for Nathan Rice. Blessings to the wonderful service team!

My salesperson lewis was exceedingly professional and very patient, as this was a deal that had some hiccups. However, the dealership came together, and we were able to make something work. Note to management: Lewis should be commended for his work!.This is my second purchase here at hermitage!
